Kelly Lewis works from a principle that leadership is a way of being, not just something we do.
She believes the seeds of leadership exist in every young person, woman, and man and those seeds blossom when we experience that just right place in between being supported and challenged.
Kelly is the founder and principal of Lewis Leadership Group, a leadership development and coaching firm committed to helping individuals and organizations grow by cultivating potential and creating connection. Her clients include executives and leaders in Fortune 500 companies around the country. She is also a lead facilitator with Frontier Academy, focusing on the delivery of the Women’s Leadership Series, focused on developing women’s leadership skills in the workplace. Kelly continuously shares her expertise in leadership and passion for learning by helping people grow thoughtfully and intentionally.
She is honored to serve on Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching faculty. With a B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech University, Kelly has also earned a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University and has been designated a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation.
