In her days working at a Top 40 radio station in Boston, Kelsey once introduced Justin Timberlake to Steven Tyler. A few months later, NSYNC and Aerosmith joined Britney Spears on stage for the 2001 Super Bowl halftime show. Coincidence? We think not. Turns out, Kelsey’s the ultimate broker. Not for deals on Wall Street, of course, but for relationships between people.
She’s come a long way since that first job—including nearly a decade spent managing the complexity of a fast-growing risk management firm—but one thing is certain: Kelsey’s knack for putting people in the right place at the right time is uncanny. She knows a good fit when she sees one.
At The Frontier Project, Kelsey takes on talent recruitment and human resources with gusto, upending HR's bad rap with her enthusiasm, friendliness, and genuine do-gooding. A Midwest native who grew up in New England, Kelsey wields both Minnesota warmth and Massachusetts practicality in her quest to perfect the art of human connections. Her ability to put people in the right place means that every person our clients encounter are authentic, intelligent, and perfectly suited for the tasks at hand, having passed the very high bar that Kelsey sets for our team.
Never one to shy away from adventure, Kelsey is a roaming traveler with a thirst for undiscovered destinations. The longer the road trip, the better—and she’s even been known to crowdsource her route through Instagram comments.
