A passionate student of organizational behavior, Lacey’s greatest joy is helping clients find those elusive “a-ha!” moments related to their employees and their companies.
Prior to completing her MBA, Lacey had just such a moment herself. She decided to focus her career on understanding why people act the way they do, and how we can change those actions to create more effective organizations.
During her time in HR at an international nonprofit, Lacey helped leaders identify and connect the organization’s foundational strengths in order to create new development initiatives while the company experienced a period of rapid change. Now, she applies her critical-thinking, hyper-organization and laser-focus to help Frontier clients answer the thorniest of questions.
When she’s not helping clients solve problems, you’ll either find Lacey in her cowboy boots or running shoes - Lacey has completed 3 marathons, more than 15 half-marathons, and 2 half-Ironmans—and she’s always preparing for the next challenge.
