Working with Taylor should come with a warning label: don’t ask for anything you don’t really want. Relentless, tireless—hell, even shameless—if Taylor thinks it’s worth doing, worth getting, or worth making, she won’t stop until it’s done, especially when it comes to our clients. That’s because at Frontier, we consider ourselves your partner. After all, if you're successful, we will be too.
Catapulted from the foothills of Indiana to the black hills of Bavaria as a teenager, Taylor learned quickly how to navigate a multi-lingual, multi-cultural terrain on soccer fields from Europe to the American Midwest to the East Coast. There, Taylor led teams by doing instead of talking. By the time she’d begun sprinting along Manhattan sidewalks and Brooklyn backstreets working for Teach for America, her habits were fully formed and her values firmly determined: Harness persistence. Match strategy with psychology. Absorb as much as possible before trying to unlock the mystery. Then: drive forward, hard.
As our Director of Partnership Development, Taylor makes sure every single client views our firm as a trusted partner in their journey toward transformation. She’s not only focused on building meaningful and lasting relationships with clients old and new, she’s also directing the strategic and intentional growth of our company with an unmatched sight and sharp wit. And she’s doing most of it from the nearest Delta Sky Club.
